Finance Application Terms & Conditions

By submitting a Finance Access Application through the 7Net Finance platform, you ("Applicant") agree to the following terms and conditions in addition to our general Terms of Service.

1. Application Accuracy

You declare that all information provided in your application — including personal details, business information, financial data, and supporting documents — is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading.

Providing false or misleading information is a serious offence and may result in:

• Immediate rejection or cancellation of your application
• Permanent ban from the platform
• Referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities

2. Document Authenticity

All uploaded documents must be:

• Original or certified true copies of official documents
• Issued by a recognised authority (government bodies, registered financial institutions, certified accountants)
• Current and valid at the time of submission
• Free from tampering, alteration, or forgery

Submission of forged documents constitutes a criminal offence under Ethiopian law.

3. Application Processing

• Submission of an application does not guarantee approval of financing.
• SEED acts as an intermediary and will forward eligible applications to one or more partner financial institutions.
• The final lending decision rests solely with the financial institution(s) reviewing your application.
• Processing timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on the complexity of your application and the financial institution's internal processes.

4. Fee Disclosure

SEED does not charge applicants any fee for submitting an application through this platform. Any fees associated with loan origination, assessment, or disbursement are subject to the terms agreed directly between the applicant and the financial institution.

5. Communication & Contact

By submitting an application, you consent to being contacted by SEED and/or partner financial institutions via:

• The email address provided in your application
• The phone number provided in your application

for the purposes of verifying information, requesting additional documents, or communicating a decision.

6. Data Sharing with Financial Institutions

Your application data — including all personal, business, and financial information — will be shared with eligible partner financial institutions for the purpose of assessing and processing your application. Please review our Data Sharing Policy for full details.

7. Right to Withdraw

You may withdraw your application at any time before a final decision has been made by contacting SEED at applications@seedleasing.et. Once a loan agreement has been executed with a financial institution, withdrawal is subject to that institution's own terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Disputes arising from an application shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Addis Ababa.
