Welcome to 7Net Finance (operated by SEED Manufacturing and Leasing Company). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

By creating an account, submitting an application, or otherwise using the 7Net Finance platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity (business, company, or cooperative), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
• Applicants must be resident in, or legally operating within, Ethiopia or other jurisdictions explicitly supported by SEED.

• Maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

SEED reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any application or account where information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

By using this platform you agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent or falsified documentation
• Provide deliberately inaccurate financial or business information
• Attempt to manipulate the loan assessment process
• Impersonate any individual, business, or regulatory body
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

All content on 7Net Finance — including logos, text, software, data structures, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of SEED Manufacturing and Leasing Company or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Third‑Party Financial Institutions

Applications submitted via this platform may be forwarded to partner financial institutions for review and processing. SEED acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the approval of any application. Decisions made by financial institutions are independent of SEED.

8. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: The 7Net Finance platform is provided on an "as available" basis. SEED does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific financing outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any financing decision made by a third-party institution.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

10. Changes to Terms

SEED reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email notice to registered applicants
• A prominent banner on the platform

Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
